I have been using ADT med alert since 1998. I think they are great. They are all ways there for you when you need help. keep up the good work. don’t change anything.
We would like a system that would provide a call to a family member before notifying any emergency service and dispatching service personnel. I am familiar with ADT alarm service and I was the company representative to call before dispatching police. Do you have a plan that will work?

Can you tell me what the limited range from base unit to help button is?
It depends which ADT device, on the ADT Mobile Response pendant, for example it’s 1,000 feet, and on the wristband it’s 500 feet
I need a device that can alert 911 if the patient cannot speak – ex, shortness of breath, heart attack. Can they just press the button without speaking and paramedics will come?
All you’ll need to do to call for help is press the button – no speaking required.
How far outside from the house does this work?
