The On the Go mobile solution costs $49.95/month plus shipping and a one time set-up fee of $99.95. Every order includes a 30-day return policy. The package includes an On the Go all-in-one unit, charging cradle, power cord, and user manual. The help button is waterproof, so you can wear it in the shower, where falls are most common. The rechargeable battery can last up to four days. There is no enrollment fee, long-term contract, or cancellation fee. Optional add-ons include Fall detection for $15/month, key lockbox for $2.95/month, and a one-time $99.95 professional install.

Two-way Voice Communication

Using the in-home communicator, you can speak directly with a Trained Care Specialist to get the assistance you need right away. 


The Homesafe medical alert system has a long lasting battery that Lifeline will automatically replace once its done. The On the Go mobile solution has a rechargeable battery that lasts up to 4 days. However, it is recommended to charge daily.

Waterproof/Resistant Help Button

The Homesafe pendant is waterproof and can be work in the bath and shower. The On the Go pendant is water-resistant and can be worn in the shower, these falls are the most common.

Personalized Response Plan

Choose who our response center will dispatch for you when you call for help. This can be from a family member, neighbor or emergency services. 

24/7 Response Center

Lifeline response centers are available for their customers around the clock. They have multi-lingual staff ready to take your call and help you out in any situation.

Advanced GPS

The On the Go mobile solution includes an advanced GPS locator so that you can receive help quickly whether at home or outside. 

Optional Fall Detection

For an additional cost of $15/month, you can add automatic fall detection. If your Help Button detects a fall, a Trained Responder will contact you via the two-way speaker system. If there is no response they will act accordingly, such as calling emergency services. The fall detection has sensors that can detect when there is a high acceleration force indicating that a fall has occurred.

Your Lifeline service comes with an app that will makes your life much easier. This one stop shop allows you and your caregivers to receive real-time notifications on any emergency , updates or alerts. You can manage multiple users, check the system battery status, contact support and more. The On the Go system includes advanced GPS location technology. 

Ease of Use

Lifeline medical alert systems are easy for anybody to use. There is a Quick Setup Guide that comes with your product and all you need to do is follow the instructions. You can also find the setup steps outlined on the Lifeline official website. If this is too difficult there is also an option for a professional installation service at an added cost.
