Two-way Voice Communication
Using the in-home communicator, the On the Go pendants, or the Smartwatch, you can speak directly with a Trained Care Specialist to get the assistance you need right away. The mobile devices allow for direct communication through the pendant or watch itself.
Battery
The HomeSafe medical alert system has a long-lasting battery that Lifeline will automatically replace once it’s done. The On the Go, On the Go Mini, and Smartwatch mobile solutions have rechargeable batteries that last up to 4 days. However, it is recommended to charge them daily to ensure peace of mind.
Waterproof/Resistant Help Button
The HomeSafe, On the Go Mini, and Smartwatch pendants are waterproof and can be worn in the bath or shower. The standard On the Go pendant is water-resistant and can be worn in the shower, but should not be submerged; these locations are where falls are most common.
Personalized Response Plan
Choose who our response center will dispatch for you when you call for help. This can be from a family member, neighbor, or emergency services, ensuring the right help is sent for your specific situation.
24/7 Response Center
Lifeline response centers are available for their customers around the clock, 365 days a year. They have North America-based, multi-lingual staff ready to take your call and help you out in any situation.
Advanced GPS
The On the Go, On the Go Mini, and Smartwatch solutions include advanced GPS locators so that you can receive help quickly whether at home or outside. The Smartwatch also utilizes Wi-Fi location technology for added precision.
Health & Activity Tracking
Exclusive to the new Smartwatch, users can access built-in health monitoring features. This includes a heart rate monitor to help detect potential changes in health and a step tracker to help you stay motivated and monitor your daily activity levels.
Optional Fall Detection
For an additional cost of $15/month, you can add automatic fall detection. If your device detects a fall, a Trained Care Specialist will contact you via the two-way speaker system. If there is no response, they will dispatch help immediately. The fall detection technology connects you to help even if you are unable to press your button.
Lifeline Cares Mobile App
Your Lifeline service comes with the My Lifeline app (formerly Lifeline Cares) that makes your life much easier. This one-stop shop allows you and your caregivers to receive real-time notifications on any emergency, updates, or alerts. You can manage multiple users, check the system battery status, contact support, and more. For mobile users, the app also tracks the device’s location using advanced GPS technology.
