MobileHelp Duo

The MobileHelp Duo alert system comes with a number of helpful features that puts users at ease. Some of these features include GPS tracking, a waterproof help button, an optional MobileHelp Fall button, and most importantly 24/7 US based monitoring.

Monitoring

Although the MobileHelp Duo system doesn’t monitor health parameters, it does offer a safe and easy way of reaching out for help. The panic button on the wristband or pendant is monitored by the MobileHelp representatives 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and whenever the panic button is pressed, MobileHelp personnel will try to reach the user via the two-way
audio system integrated in the base unit. In case the user doesn’t respond, authorities are called and sent to the user’s location.

Alerts

Once the alert button is pressed, US-based operators try to get in touch with the users. If there’s no response, emergency services are called right away to the user’s location. Fast response in such situations can be the difference between life or death.

The great thing about the MobileHelp Duo system is that it’s really simple to use. Users get a wristband or necklace with a built-in button that’s used to alert MobileHelp operators that the user needs assistance. Setting up the system is as easy as it gets, and the user only needs to plug in the base unit with a power cord, and that’s it. There’s no need for complicated installation procedures.
