SMS Notifications

In the event of any emergency, LifeSafety operators will send out a notification upon dispatch to those listed on an individual’s emergency contact list. That way, everyone stays in the loop.

GPS Tracking

When you sign up for the Home & Away plan, you or your loved one’s medical alert device is AT&T GPS-enabled for the most accurate location tracking. Those that are on the emergency contact list can keep an eye on the device location at any time using the Medical Care Alert smartphone app.

Using Medical Care Alert is as simple as pressing a button. In case of emergency, use your wearable device or press the button on the base unit to call for help. To install a home device, all you have to do is plug it into an electrical outlet and a phone jack.

Batteries on wearable devices last between 24 and 72 hours and can easily be recharged using the charging stand. Devices will not go off accidentally.
